At Bodhi, we're committed to extending our impact beyond the hiring process. That's why we're thrilled to introduce our new Choice Charity Initiative, aimed at fostering purposeful recruitment and giving back to the community.
Through this initiative we'll be directing donations to three charities, handpicked by our internal team, on behalf of each candidate we place.
Our People and Operations Director, Cathy Knight, explains, "Our aim is to celebrate our candidates' success in a meaningful way that also benefits our community. Rather than spending money on corporate gifts, we're offering successful candidates the opportunity to designate a donation to one of our chosen charities, empowering them to be part of something bigger."
